This right here. They screwed themselves and they know it. They threw out a 50% offer hoping you'll bite without looking into it. Give your lawyer a couple $100's to write them a letter and I bet you see the other 50% real quick.

Put them in the seat and see how well they can see a wire you aren’t expecting while operating our equipment!
Let alone how hard it is to judge clearance height on those things from inside the cab.
I have good spatial awareness and we farm around a cell tower with guide wires. Every time I get near one I think it’s really close and I get our to look and I have several feet of clearance... very hard to judge those things!
