I am soft and give in for most things and eat many bills I shouldnt, but this one Id fight for just because they are being so darn stupid about the whole thing.........They admitt fault only in the NIGHTTIME? WHAT A JOKE!!!
This would be my reasoning below.
WHAT difference does it make what time of day it was?Did they go out at dark every night at dark and lift it up again so you wouldnt hit it in the dark but let it down again when the sun came up........ (doubt it)..
