WTW - 12/13/2018 08:24 Not sure that is seeing the light. Those shafts turn a lot closer to 540 than a 1000 rpm. I really have no problem with either size.
My desire to do away with 540 shafts has nothing to do with the speed they turn.
It has to do with how far you have to turn the shaft to line up the splines when hooking something up.
Or everyone could pull their heads out of their ____ and make tractors like the old Whites that the pto turns freely when the engine is stopped.
Things that need to be standardized. Whats your list?
