| So basically you are saying socialism is good for crop insurance for the smaller farmers and the bigger farmers should only have so much socialism and the top end would be capitalism giving the small farms an overall advantage on their crop insurance? Wouldn't that encourage the farmers to stay smaller and depend on socialism instead of trying to expand with capitalism? | |
