Most of the bigger farms I’ve had experience with have bare minimum insurance policies as they tend to be spread out enough to where it’s rare they collect. It’s one of the ways they afford higher rents, they aren’t spending gobs of money on insurance. But that’s out here where insurance isn’t cheap.
