| All good advice! I was pretty worked up last night and I think patients are in order.. Not my strong suit, but hey, its family, thats what needs to be done.. I think more counseling, and I really like the lifting weights idea.. Got a weight set in the garage already that gets used maybe once a year.. lol.. Just need to figure some heat for these cold North Dakota winters and maybe we can make some progress.. I have been expressing my feelings more, which is frickn weird to do, but he seems to respond to it. Sometimes texts, sometimes verbal. I think he knows I love him, but I've heard you need to say it over and over to make sure it sets in.. My family has always been a more, 'do rather than say'..
