When gaining muscle, a person tends to start eating more protein such as chicken, peanut butter, eggs, etc. Lifting weights was a stress releiver for me in high school. If he is getting teased, he won't be any more if in gains 10 pounds of muscle. You could try making him smoothies with peanut butter in them. They can be healthy, but just be packed with the protein to help gain weight/ build muscle. | |
