I've currently got most of the 18 beans and about 60% of 18 corn in the bins. The beans are hedged at $10.80 March19, currently have an order in to buy them back at $8.60 if we drop that low in time. If not, I'll deliver against those positions. Of the remaining corn, 20% is hedged at $4.37 March19 waiting for basis improvement. No more rolling those bushels, I'll need the money by then. Another 20% of the remaining 18 corn is backing some short July option positions. Remaining corn can sit in the bins for a while.

10% (of a good crop) of 19 corn is hedged at $4.06 Dec19. 40% of 19 beans at $9.46 Nov19. Probably will buy some back a little under $9 if we get there before planting.
