It is obvious from the location and date of this meeting that they have zero interest in hearing from Farmers. What Stakeholders is this directed at? Since there are no Farmers in Chicago, and any Farmer within 500 miles will (hopefully!) be planting on April 24th this is not directed at corn and soybean producers. It strikes me as part of the continuing arrogance and disconnect between the USDA, in particular the NASS that they would think they would get any feedback at that location and date.
