1) Do you(NASS) have stock in paper mills and timber land to account for all the trees you send through the mail to be burned?

2) Do your massive dumpages through the USPS help or hinder said agency?

3) How do you defend your budgeted taxpayer dollars? Are they well spent (I.E.-- for every budgeted NASS $1......$2 are produced, or forthcoming for the target end users of your data)?

3a) How do you verify that?

3b) What would you say if encouraged to have an independent auditor run the numbers?

4)

5)
