It figures.  In my "spare time" I'm secretary for our Fire Dept MABAS organization.

In answer to "What is that?"  MABAS is "Mutual Aid Box Alarm System" The broad objectives of MABAS are to assist state and local government in maintaining an effective emergency services and disaster management program and to advance the professional standards of individuals and departments.  In other words MABAS is an organization set up to help with mutual aid between emergency service organizations.  Our web site is at http://mysite.verizon.net/lcema/mabas59/  (Be great if the guy who set it up would update it.)

We are needing to adopt some bylaws so the President sent a pdf copy of another division's for us to consider.  Sure would be nice to NOT have to retype all those pages.

edit:  Found someone else's bylaws online.  They used a Flaash document of some kind! ARGHH!
