SCIA | The hard, maybe easy way is to have a wheat allergy show up when you turn 50. That stopped the eating of a dozen of my wife's chocolate chip cookies a day and pies and cakes and ect. Dropped from 185 to 155 in three years. So, I guess, eating no junk food/carbs is the way to go. I have to work at maintaining the 155 as I age, try to eat bacon every day and plenty of butter. Can lose another five pounds really easily, but do not feel right at 150, tired and wimpy. Always have been on the thin side, 127 when I was drafted, 1971, at 5' 11". | |
