Bloomington and Putnam IL | I'm on the road a lot but always find time to get my workouts in. Lift weights in my basement 4 times a week with my workout in by 6 AM when I have to leave early. Seems to burn calories rebuilding muscles all day. Also don't be afraid to be outside in the cold. I ran a 7.5 mile snow covered trail run today. Started at -1. Beat a cross country kid at the end ( I would have been embarrassed to lose to a 53 year old) and lots of other younger people. Also do low carbs and try to stay away from sugar. Good luck! |
