| Looking for ideas to melt away a few lbs. I know, the basics are eat better and excercise. I work a 8-5 job where I’m on my feet 85% of the day (12+ hr days in busy season), then help out on farm as much as I can after work, which during busy season is until 11-12 at night some nights, then do it all over again next day. On the go most of the time when not working or farming.
A few years back I did the no carb thing and dropped 30 lbs, felt great, seemed to be an easy way to lose weight. Next thing I knew a plate of spaghetti that wouldn’t hurt anything once in a while turned into gaining it all back and falling off the diet all together. I enjoy taking long walks with the dog around the couple mile section but not a lot of that gets done when temp is 0. What have you guys done to shed lbs when on the go all the time? | |
