That was a good read. I can vividly remember all of the farmer suicides when the farm crisis were going on during the 80’s. I didn’t realize they were that rampant nowadays. Even though I’ve been lucky and haven’t had those thoughts I’d strongly encourage anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts to seek mental help, it’s nothing to be ashamed of seeking help. Thanks for posting.
Easier said than done. The medical professionals, at least the ones I've dealt with, are
of very little help.
Plan to have a "mental health issue" label placed on your back.
Then your entered in thier data base. That has more negative effects.
And we wonder why people are so hesitant to seek help. |
