jackson county WI | Just lost a young 27 year old man on our local chopping crew to suicide this fall. Took everyone by surprise. Never left a note or reason at all, very hard on his friends and family. His close friends knew he had some depression, but during everyday activities he always had a smile on his face. Happened right in middle of fall harvest, pretty humble fall around this area.
Fellow that owned the farm we raise steers on now took his own life 20 years ago. His children where grown and out of the house. His dad was his best friend-business partner died few years before. He was always quiet and kept to himself.
Very hard disease to understand. Wish it was easier for folks that struggle with it to ask for help. | |
