$50? last i checked here it was $150 at multiple local places. you could get a student for $50 a session but they're typically only there for a couple months to complete their training then they move on and start up their own practice where they can charge $150. there's programs around here to get free therapy but there's also massive wait lists(months to years) with some that won't even put you on the list. it's nice that that option exists sure but having to wait months doesn't do you any good and actually causes harm. you end up feeling more hopeless because you are having a hard time even trying to find help.
