S Mn | It happened to me as well. I did allot of things to my body in my 20's that my uncles and other older people told me i would pay for, got busted up several times snowmobiling, atv riding and went hard and fast didnt believe them when they told me i would regret it someday. Someday seemed like it happened to me in one year went from feeling fine cold never bothered me nothing really hurt and ca-blamo. Now my hands hurt when its cold, my left shoulder is not what it used to be, broke that collar bone 3 times and never hurt me a bit now it hurts constantly, Knees hurt, puppy stole my glove the other day so i chased her down made a few good cuts in the grass to tackle her something i used to do all the time and I have been paying for it for a week. Worst part is if i take it easy i hurt more than if i keep going and stay loosened up. I get why there are those old guys in their 70's that never seem to stop moving i bet they are afraid if they do they will rust tight. | |
