fry,find a gym or health center and get a supervised workout with a trainer.have to start real easy at first.even though we work our farms a lot of muscle groups don't get used.half an hour three times a week.you will be amazed what it will do in a very short time.blood flow and stamina and less pains are the results.32 is way to young to think the best is over!
