Could barely walk around the parking lot while watching my then 10 year old son run his first 5K (bad knee and big tummy). Six years later down 50 pounds and usually a top 5% of the race finisher now at 53. Did a 20:49 three mile last Sunday and looking forward to beating 300+ people tomorrow morning!
