At 37 I had completely run out. I couldn’t fight the fatigue,joint pain anymore. Doc said I have hemochromatosis, lucky to be diagnosed at a young age but still sucks. If it is more than a passing thought look into it.
One of the symptoms is a decreased sex drive... I have 4 kids and the oldest is still 5 yrs.... thanks for the recommendation! Always something to think about that it could be something else piling on top of this increased gravitational pull!
