Eastern Oregon | It can be the same problem that town people have, only the scale is different. It's not as important what you make as much as what you spend.
In these parts, it takes $150-250/acre just to get started. That will only pay the water, taxes and insurance. Those costs only ratchet in one direction, seemingly with out any consideration of reality.
And that is what makes me crazy: expenses that I cannot control.
