Raising corn and soybeans in a 50/50 rotation is a thing of the past or a slow way to starvation or pissing away what the previous generations lived like bums and where diversified to build up for the guys today. Few guys can make it work on corn/soybean rotation but they live modestly not well beyond they needs.
