NC Iowa | my deepest sympathy for all involved. this was an tragic accident and everyone did what they could to have a good outcome. for whatever reason, that was not to be.
not much else to do at this point but pray for all family, friends, rescuers involved. prayer is the only way i know to cope with this. i will pray for all involved.
the older i get, the more tragic events i have seen. if not for faith, i would have a hard time with the mental toll it takes.
i was very close to being a fatal farm accident statistic the very first year i farmed. i have given much thought as to why i survived ever since. not a daily thing, but an every now and then thing. very sobering to look back at things that would never have been.
