Lancaster, OH		I've had two friends get trapped in bins. One was a 16 year old in an overhead bin with about 3' of soybeans that crusted over. He climbed in to break the crust and his foot went through the opening in the bottom and he suffocated with his dad trying to hold him up.

Another got in a corn bin and was successfully rescued complaining about the hole in the bin to repair.

In both cases, they did not follow the safety steps that they should have. In any case, loss of life is tragic and should be reviewed for future reference.
