Alberta, Canada | I have one like that and I had a heck of time trying to remove that darn thing when the motor went!!!! Anyway I can't remember anymore how I got it off probably alot of methods mentioned above including heat. So anyway after the new motor was installed the next year I used it and the whole damn fan exploded and wrecked the plastic case it runs in side of! Since I just bought this new motor I figured I better make use out of it so I bought a new fan and new case/shrowd for it. The new fan was no longer made out of plastic it was metal. Since I rebuilt the whole darn thing I haven't had to use it since! | |
