lots of wonder juice and a small drift punch that fits inside the hex socket. tapping it may help break the corrosion and let the juice soak in.
tapping should set the screw a bit deeper into the shaft and relax the pressure on the threads, allowing the screw to move and break the corrosion.. The red hot junker Allen wrench to heat the screw without overheating the hub sounds like a good idea. Apply it a half dozen times as fast as you can reheat the wrench.
