Hey Garvo I didn't say you screwed up did I? I just asked a question about anchor strength. I was trying to remember the last few building plans I had engineered for me. I question on the plans they called from 5/8" threaded rod with a flat washer and nut imbedded into concrete on walls. I question why not just J-bolts? They told me the threaded rod with nut and washer was stronger and would hold more.
