| Garvo, We have a commodity shed built on a 8 ft. stem wall that is a Lester monoslope building not totally open to the top of roof on the south side. We put doors right below the eave all along the north side that have spring loaded latches to hold doors closed but we never close them. The wind always blows them open. Does not seem to be a problem leaving them open. The building is anchored to concrete on the front by heavy flat steel plates going down along wall with two one inch bolts through concrete wall. Building been there 15years no problems yet. | |
