I like your last picture with the calf just able to see you! My orchard grass is huge and am thinking about adding another 6 steers to help mow it back a bit. Mostly in a woods but this year I put 300lbs of urea on 3 acres just thinking it would help it a bit and I wanted it to get good growth on it before turning them out and well it did that alright!!!! Funny thing is the 6 out there have yet to drink down water enough to warrant me filling again, I suppose all the moisture in the grass plus on the grass keeps them hydrated!
