Ordered some planter parts Monday morning. Guy said they'd ship that day.. Perfect. I figured I'd have em Wednesday-Thursday. Didn't come Thursday so I called em, order hadn't shipped. One disc wasn't complete so they were waiting on it to ship it, no phone call no email to inform me of that. So then they said they'd ship it next day air and I'd have it Friday. Ok get a call on Friday from em and it didn't ship. Ball got dropped by someone bla bla bla... Some other supposed head honcho said he guaranteed that it would be here Saturday by 1:30. I said ok give er another try. Just got a phone call from em. Order is still in Illinois. I told him to keep trying maybe I'll have it after planting. First and last time dealing with them. Don't get how they are so worshipped here on NAT.
Sorry you has a bad experience. Shoup has always been great for me, and saved me thousands over the years. Usually next day delivery. Saves me a lot of running. Do have to anticipate needs to get to $200 level for free shipping sometimes. . Then might not be perfect, but I have had worse dealer experience than from shoup. The very few mistakes over the years they have taken care of.
