Bardstown, Ky | She has contacted a lawyer and his first advice was to contact the insurance commissioner. It was a 20/80 deal where she was supposed to pay the 20 and the insurance company was supposed to pay the 80. They only paid 20 and have admitted that they made a mistake, which in my mind is admittance that they owe the money. I sure hope she can work out something because I know her money is very tight and she doesn't need this. | |
