EC-MN | I have been buying and selling ground for almost 35 years. Have seen my share of guys pay double or triple what a farm is worth just because it is close by or next door. And they always say it only comes for sale once in a lifetime.......then they struggle the rest of there life because of the financial burden.
I would say sit back, save up a bunch of money and wait for the right deal, and they are out there. Even if it is a ways away, if you buy it, right you can always sell it and make money for a piece you really want. Good Luck! | |
