Then, just buy the damn farm. You will figure out a way
to pay for it. You might not get a fancy boat or condo
at the lake. You might drive a little older truck. But,
once you get it paid for , or paid way down, it is a cash
cow that opens up more opportunities.
2. If I listened to all the experts from the Universities over the
years I wouldn't have bought the first farm yet. You
have to stick your neck out a little.
