| Does the property offer any opportunity to sell off a portion to reduce your investment. I always look for something that if push comes to shove....I can sell off to help reduce my debt load. Is there timber you can sell? How about old farm house and buildings that can be sold off. Any road side lots available that could be cut out. Buy close to a small town or in the path of future progress. Don't assume you can do anything. Make sure you know local zoning & planning laws in your county. | |
