If you worry about number 7 you will never buy any. How do you buy land with integrity? If it's for sale and you make an offer and the seller accepts how would the purchase be unethical?
In that situation, it wouldn't be unethical. No problem. If you are cruising funerals, making offers to the widow or children.......well then you have no integrity.
