That is interesting and will change things at some point down the road. In the Midwest we aren't seeing that much. We have been steadily keeping heifers and growing our cow herd but we are in a very small minority and we have our own facilities to finish. Too many retiring farmers and too much pasture converted to row crops that will never go back.
