sw ontario | Garvo , cattle like $300 mkt. hogs , $8 corn all makes us giddy BUT any of us farming since the 70's just know that in the real world long term Ag. is just going oo offer you a chance to break even and make some wages..............all of us that paid 20+% interest was tainted for life just like the depression era people..........I missed lots of land opportunities the last 10+ yrs, as I just didn't think interest ratrs ever stay under 2 digits........even in '74 I paid double digit interest (10%) for first farm.........Garvo the goal is always to be around for another year | |
