A common Kansan may not even know he is afraid of heights until he walked a pasture in the Northeast. Some of the "scenery" we work costs in productivity.
He agreed on a price with a landowner, how is that dishonest?
He could seize the opportunity, buy 50 bred heifers, see the market take a dump, and lose $10k. Think he'd get his 1500 bucks back?
