Pabeef clearly knew it was a very good deal and was just bragging about it. No other reason for his post.
I think he deserves whatever abuse he may get in the replies, and/or deserves to lose it to whoever may outbid him if the landlord is so inclined.
There are good reasons to hold your cards close to the vest.
