Missouri | I don't blame the others, there are those of us out there paying 10 times that because its going rate. Here in Kansas there are people paying $500 to run that pair for the summer. I'm not one to stab my fellow man in the back but that ain't right, it's called taking advantage of, and what goes around comes around. You'll get a bad rap locally and or it'll get stole from you by someone that will pay so both parties make some money. It's crazy those out there that don't value landlords, they're only out for themselves. | |
