| Typical Nat responses to a guys post, about how he is ripping the landlord off. It's not all about money, maybe the landlord wants him to be profitable. He gave his kids first chance at it, time to work someone else into the place if kids don't want it. I hope he can get it tied up long term so the kids can't screw him over.
I've had good people help me get started, I'm doing the same as time comes along. I've never seen a Ryder truck in a funeral procession taking all that money with you. I've seen some try, but never got it done. | |
