Just thinking out loud, doubt anything will become of it just curious if anybody else had ever done that before and regretted it. Thanks for the replys. One of those deals you find kind of a dream place, then you get tax evaluations in the mail, and find out your taxs will be going up another $30 an acre next year, just kinda makes you think once in a awhile LOL.
