The Far East...of Nebraska.
I can think of a few operations that shifted focus from around here to nw Missouri, which isn't a very far move but significant nonetheless.

I can think of a few that sold out to urban sprawl in Omaha/Lincoln and reinvested into irrigated land in central neb.

A more common one that sounds similar in terms of land cost, taxes, people's attitude toward cattle or ag in general would be relocating of dairies. Some
Of those have restarted quite always away from home. One that is standing out in my head is the one in between rexford and Colby ks that was originally from Ohio or pa or something like that.
