A company approached me to put a solar panel on our new Morton building 2 years ago.
It would have generated $5000 worth of electricity per year, with a $250,000 investment.
Obviously a scam, no solar investment has a 50 year ROI, it's usually less than 12 nowadays.
Not a scam.
A local guy sells them, and he is still in business.
