Please. Walmart expects to have these arrays paid back fully in 8 years, so even with a 30% subsidy, it only means that the payback would be 12 years without it, after which there's 12 more years of basically free electricity.

Look at campaign contributions from Solar Co's and solar panel mfg's, it is no reason solar is the surest way to save to earth... lol. The government has made sure of it.

LOL indeed. How does it compare to the tens or hundreds of millions invested by coal and oil in the Washington lobbies, "think tanks" and other "institutes", donations to conservative campaigns, ads, etc.?

It's not the government that made the success of solar companies such as Solar City (whose stock price tripled in the past year), it's the individuals installing solar panels on their rooftops and private companies setting up solar plants, doing the job that utilities are not doing.
