sw corner ia. | how do you ration something that the customer absolutely HAS to have to SURVIVE? the only way I know to do that is to divide supply between your customers. they are not doing that. hoarding isn't the issue either because home heating supply tanks will get filled every time. nobody runs on empty through a midwest winter.
