I'd say Chicago was right and the farmer was grifting because we didnt run out of corn.

Everyone is ignoring fact how much lp is getting exported these days it's all the end suppliers fault like they control everything.

The problem with us farmers is 90% of us can give it but we squeal like kids when it's then getting the short end of stick.


If your corn cost of production was 5$/ or 3$ a bushel last year why wouldn't you sell it for 550 or 525 or heck sell it for 450??? i haven't ever heard of anyone who offers to sell under the market in their area. Your area the cost of propane is 5 if you don't want it don't pay for it. Go get a truckload elsewhere, use your connections, buy up a bunch at a 1.67$ in tx and come up here and play Robin Hood selling it for 2.13 or whatever the real You believee it is. It sounds like you have it figured out now go do it!!!! Probably nicer in Texas than Iowa be a nice getaway!!! I'd go to with my truck but all roads are closed! I'm stuck!!
