What has $1 plus basis got to do with it? Problem was the money players in Chicago wouldn't face reality.
If the corn deal last year was like the current LP debacle, cash corn would need to have gotten to about 3 times Chicago corn price . Because that is the ball park of what the LP deal is like now.
