Subject: RE: Pictures of Tru-count planter air clutch installation

I imagine your running the snorkel from your air tank to the inside of the cab so you mounted the compressor near the hitch. There is 30 amp fused power connectors available by the seedstar controller, look for the wire labelled 'Aux'. The only disadvantage of mounting the compressor at the back is it's hard to run a clean air source up to the cab, but it's closer to your tank...not that should make a difference, maybe less chance for leaks?

You are only running 1 tank? Does Tru-Count not recommend two tanks for 24+ rows??

Your not running JD AutoTrac with your track machine? All track machines were AT Ready, well I guess you need a Eprom update (less than $1000). So you have how many controllers in the cab - Insight display, GS1 display, Outback Display?? and Seed Command control box. I have never seen an E-Drive on a JD track, how does it work?

Thanks for sharing.
